  • If you have overpaid on shipping, I will refund the difference to you.

Shipping Policy:

  • Orders and purchases are shipped via Australia Post unless other carrier is requested by buyer and agreed to by us prior to sale.
  • Pick up welcome. Ormond, 3204 Melbourne.
  • Where possible, we use recycled packing materials.
  • Purchases from on-line shop are generally dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment received. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship within this time frame, customers will be contacted via email.
  • Please ensure all delivery address information is complete and current. we accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit due to incorrect details supplied by customers.
  • Purchases that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address details supplied by customer, will incur extra shipping fees which are the responsibility of buyer.
  • Where appropriate, freight forwarders will leave a calling card in the event that you are not available to accept delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they organise collection of order/purchase from specific place. Global Retro will not be responsible for any incurred costs involved with order/purchase pick up from carrier.
